Refund Policy

1. Free Test Guarantee

We encourage all editors to test their project before paying. DraftPorter offers a free 5-clip XML test export for every project. This lets you import the sequence directly into DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro to verify timecode accuracy, audio synchronization, and clip boundaries prior to purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you purchase a full project conversion ($7.99) and the resulting XML fails to import or exhibits unresolvable timing errors that were not present in your CapCut draft, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please send an email to support@draftporter.xyz with your Polar payment email and a brief description of the issue. You can optionally include the sanitized diagnostic report (which strips all personal video paths) from the converter interface to help us diagnose the parser error.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Polar and typically appear on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
